What is your company specialty?

Every project is unique. We believe that good design is an inclusive process that connects people with the physical environment in meaningful and sustainable ways. As a global group of architects, designers, and strategists with diverse backgrounds, we share a common vision: It is our belief that design must be honest, considered, effective, emotive, and relevant.
Our list of current clients includes PTC Therapeutics, Lord Abbett, Kering Americas, Prudential, Audible, Avis Budget Group, SHI, Everest Reinsurance Co., Eisai, and Mars. We also work with various developers including SJP Properties, Onyx Equities, Vision, Hekemian, Mack Cali, and Legacy.

What made you choose sponsorship for CREW NJ?
We are passionate about supporting local organizations. We look at our sponsorship of CREW NJ as a win-win; we support CREW NJ, and CREW NJ supports us by providing educational and networking opportunities to our diverse team in a supportive environment that is welcoming to all career levels. We are thrilled to share that two of our team members have recently joined CREW NJ and are already active members within the social media and golf committees.
Additionally, we wanted to address why we chose to submit this questionnaire together.
When we were asked to do a sponsor spotlight we chose to do so in collaboration with each other. As principals in the New Jersey office, we are both passionate about supporting CREW NJ and other local organizations. We are firm believers in “work hard, play hard.” Our team is passionate about the quality of work that we produce and works hard to ensure that we meet our client’s needs. That said, we also enjoy having fun. From happy hours to festive parties, holiday events, and escape room retreats, we consider each other a family that works hard together and enjoys each other. We are serious about our work, but also refuse to take ourselves too seriously. We are a multi-cultural, multi-generational, non-hierarchical collaborative community of friends and colleagues.
