The Park in Berkeley Heights, a Connell Company property, is a 185-acre work, live, play campus that features a 40,000 square foot coworking space, a 25,000-square-foot fitness and social club, restaurants, a hotel and office space for companies such as L’Oreal, Bristol Myers Squibb and Samsung.
The event will start with networking and light appetizers, and will feature a presentation by Sharon Lammens, Round Table Services General Manager of Hospitality, detailing the campus redevelopment. The presentation will focus on commercial real estate concepts such as development, regulatory challenges, sustainability, and tenant leasing. Following the presentation, attendees will enjoy a walking tour of the campus.
