Special Events and Golf Committee

The Special Events/Golf Committee is responsible for helping plan and coordinate all big events for the Chapter. This has ranged from our anniversary Gala, to organizing golf clinics, to our annual golf outing. The golf outing is a yearly fundraiser but other events have been added from year to year at the direction and needs of the Chapter. The committee helps with all aspects of the outing(s) from picking the venue, setting pricing, deciding on the format of the event, finding sponsors, organizing and planning a raffle, and picking giveaways. The committee meets about once a month depending on the event at hand. We will meet more frequently as the event draws closer to iron out more details. We typically meet via Zoom. The special events and golf outing are an important fundraiser for the NJ Chapter, and a critical part to helping CREW NJ.
